Open a public support issue. Issues are visible to everyone. For privacy questions, use the same channel without including private data.

Connect private repositories

Open extension settings from the Chrome toolbar icon. Create a fine-grained GitHub token with your resource owner and chosen repositories. Grant Pull requests: Read-only and the required Metadata: Read-only access. Paste it into settings and select Connect GitHub. Organizations can require approval. Tokens are limited to one resource owner.

Missing preview

Confirm Enable composition preview is on, then reload a pull request on github.com. Look beside the native additions/deletions summary. The extension does not support GitHub Enterprise Server. Sign in to the GitHub website to view private PR pages.

Access or connection error

Check the token's expiration date, selected owner, repository selection, read permissions and organization approval. Reconnect in extension settings when prompted. Rate limits require waiting until the displayed retry time. For interrupted or changed PR data, use Retry or reload the page. The preview does not show a partial composition as complete.

Report a problem

Include the extension version, Chrome version, operating system, visible error and steps to reproduce. Use a public or synthetic example when possible. Never send a personal access token or confidential repository content.
